1 lb. boneless pork chops
salt, pepper, onion powder
1/4 cup corn starch
canola oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 stalk celery, diced
8 oz. fresh snow peas or green beans
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 small can crushed pineapple. drained
2 T orange marmalade
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 T ketchup
2 T soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. asian chili paste
1 tsp. sesame oil
Heat wok until very hot. Season pork with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Dredge in cornstarch. Add 1 T canola oil to hot wok. Cook meat until browned. Remove and add 1 T canola oil, bell pepper, snow peas, and celery. Cook 2 minutes, then add snow peas and cook for 1 minute. Mix together remaining ingredients and add to veggies. Add meat back. Heat through. Serves 4. Serve with rice.

Thank you so much for sharing this pine apple and Pork Stir Fry recipe. I would like to cook this one tomorrow because my husband will coming from Canada. So I want to his favorite dish. I'm sure to be back here.
