Recently, I held a workshop after hours at a law firm. They were set up for audio visual presentations and there was a nice table and comfy chairs for the participants, and guess what? The firm footed the bill for the class. Do you work in an office that would be willing to do this for you? If so, contact us here at Having Cents and we can discuss the possibilities. email@example.com
I love food. Unfortunately, it loves me back by aiding me in buying larger pants sizes. In my quest to find yummy, fulfilling foods , I sometimes visit my local Asian market. I could spend hours just reading labels and trying to figure ways to use all of those exotic sauces made with fish and other ingredients I have never heard of. On today's visit, I got some Shirataki noodles. They are made from soy and yam flour and are very low in calories and carbs. I will let you know what I decide to do with them. I also got some fermented black beans. I had these on my last visit to Dallas at the ever famous Pei Wei restaurant. They were cooked in some sort of meat dish. Since I am an avid black bean fan (much to my neighbor's aversion) I figured, what could be the risk? Stay tuned for a full report on my Asian/Cajun experiment..
